Questions/Answers FY26 RTI Catering

W91SMC26QA001

5 December 2025

Question 1:

1. Can you also confirm if you want the caterer to stay and serve the meal or if they can just drop off? Do you want them in buffet style pans or individually packaged?

2. "Meals will be ready for pick up/and or delivery no later than 30 minutes before the following daily" - this statement in the PWS makes me think you are willing to pick up the meals from the caterer?

Answer 1:

1. The Caterer needs to drop off the meals in buffet pans for buffet style serving. The caterer will not stay and serve the meal. The meals delivered to LLCC on the days annotated on the SOW and appendix 1 will be individually packaged and dropped off at that location for Lunch.

2. Meals will be delivered no later than 30 min before the mealtime daily, and any items needing to be picked up by the Caterer would be no later than 30 min after the meal time.
