About this file
This document is a questions and answers (Q&A) file for a catering contract at Camp Lincoln, likely involving meal services for military personnel or students. Key details include requirements for meal delivery, base access, and service specifications. Notable points include: drivers must have a valid driver's license and insurance, base access involves 100% ID checks at a single gate, meals must be labeled for dietary and religious considerations, and allergies must be reported at least 7 days prior to arrival. The contract covers meal delivery for TRADOC and State groups, with separate billing. Specific meal service requirements include using warming bags/catering equipment, delivering meals 30 minutes before mealtime, and picking up items within 1 hour after the scheduled meal. Boxed lunches can be served buffet-style and do not require special packaging, and can be dropped with breakfast or served at the LLCC site.
