QuesƟons/Answers FY26 RTI Catering
W91SMC26QA001
5 December 2025
Ques on 1:
1. Can you also confirm if you want the caterer to stay and serve the meal or if they can just drop off? Do you want them in buffet style pans or individually packaged?
2. "Meals will be ready for pick up/and or delivery no later than 30 minutes before the following daily" - this statement in the PWS makes me think you are willing to pick up the meals from the caterer?
Answer 1:
1. The Caterer needs to drop off the meals in buffet pans for buffet style serving. The caterer will not stay and serve the meal. The meals delivered to LLCC on the days annotated on the SOW and appendix 1 will be individually packaged and dropped off at that locaƟon for Lunch.
2. Meals will be delivered no later than 30 min before the mealƟme daily, and any items needing to be picked up by the Caterer would be no later than 30 min aŌer the meal Ɵme.

Ques on 2: On appendix 2 there's a list of the menu with recipes, Can you send me the menus with the actual recipes?
Answer 2: There are no menu recipes available to the public outside the ILARNG systems. Caterers are authorized to use their own recipes for food following the menu items listed in appendix 2. Meal porƟon sizes shall follow the Statement of Work provided in parts 16-17 of the solicitaƟon.

Ques on 1: Can you clarify how we should understand the quanƟƟes/PORT on Appendix 2, the amounts don't match up to the quanƟƟes of meals requested in Appendix 1?
Answer 1: PORT on appendix 2 is based off of feeding 50 Soldiers, actual quanƟty from Cater should be in line with head count. Appendix 2 should be used as a guideline based on 50 Soldiers.
Ques on 2: In (SolicitaƟon 16).C it states coffee will be provided for 100% of headcount, but on
Appendix 2 where PORT is 100 it only provides 30 Coffee - AutomaƟc Maker, which is 30%. How should we understand this?
Answer 2: see comment above. Appendix 2 is a guide based on 50 Soldiers
