About this file
This document contains pricing charts and technical exhibits outlining requirements for a tree and shrub maintenance services contract. The contract will provide labor, equipment, materials and supervision to prune between 2,800-3,800 trees, remove 225-275 trees, prune 9,000-11,000 linear feet of shrubs and hedges annually at Army National Capital and United States Army Human Resources Command locations. Additional requirements include emergency support, cabling and lightning protection installation, and 2,600-2,900 hours of ground pruning. Up to 310 trees will be planted and warranted in a healthy state for one year. Pricing is provided for labor categories, supplies and materials, equipment, offeror costs, and additional supplies and plants over five one-year base and option periods. The associated federal contract opportunity is solicitation number W91QV1-20-R-0017 for tree and shrub maintenance services issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sam Houston.

Pricing Chart for Tree & Shrub Be advised: Pricing data provided by the Vendor in this chart will be used to support the KO's determination of fair and reasonable pricing.
CLINc X001: The total summed price from the below exhibits associated with CLIN 0001 may not be equal to the Vendor's final proposed pricing reflected on solicitation W91QV1-20-R-0017-0001 for these CLINs. It is the Vendor's proposed pricing on the solicitation that will be used by the KO to calculate the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). The charts in this amendment will not be relied upon to reflect the final total of the Vendor's total pricing for CLINs X001.
CLINc 0002 & 0003: Pricing data and CLIN totals reflected here in Amendment A will be used to set the Not To Exceed (NTE) pricing for these two CLINs. Pricing in this amendment should be equal to the NTE pricing proposed by the Vendor in the solicitation for CLINs X002 & X003.
