Q78: Section L, Proposal Submission Requirements, paragraph 5, Content Requirements states:” Each volume of the proposal shall consist of a Title Page, Table of Contents (no more than two levels e.g. 1.1, 1.2), Summary Section and the Narrative discussion.” The government has already changed this requirement for Volume III and we would like to request that the Title page and Table of contents NOT count against the total page count in Volumes II and IV. Will the government please consider this request?
A78: There will be no further page count revisions.
Q79: Section L Volume 4 – Past Performance, Section 3 – Subcontracts states: “Offerors shall provide an outline of how the effort required by the solicitation will be assigned for performance within the contractor’s corporate entity and among the proposed subcontractors.” This section does not seem to fit within past performance but perhaps Volume 1 or 3. We understand that a Major Subcontractor can submit up to 2 past performances. Will the government please explain what Section 3 is requesting?
A79: The Government is requesting an outline of how the prime expects to break the work down between the components of the team.
