About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that describes the data items required under a federal contract for Programmatic Support Services for the United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
The CDRL specifies six primary data items the contractor must provide, including: 1) a monthly Technical Report with contract personnel information, 2) a monthly Financial Progress Report by Task Order, 3) Presentation Materials as requested, 4) a monthly Budget Assessment Review/Report, 5) a monthly Cost/Invoice Report, and 6) a Quality Control Program and monthly Quality Control Report. The data items have specific submission requirements, such as the first report being due one month after contract award and subsequent reports due monthly. The reports must include detailed labor, cost, and financial information to allow the government to closely monitor contract performance and spend. Overall, the CDRL outlines the key reporting and data deliverables required of the contractor supporting the USASAC FMS program.
