About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project. The amendment provides responses to six industry questions regarding a membrane roof replacement and masonry repair project at the Fox Point Hurricane Barrier Pump Station in Providence, Rhode Island. Key clarifications include: figures in attachments are not to scale but dimensions are accurate, a five-foot concrete apron exists for equipment movement, no roof concrete cores exist, and no special permits are required for the work. The solicitation closing remains April 23, 2025 at 5:00 PM Eastern, and no additional site visits will be scheduled beyond the initial formal site visit. The project is set aside for small businesses with a NAICS code of 238160 and a small business size standard of $19 million, with a construction magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000.
