About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) with customer responses for federal contract W912TF26QA004. The RFI addresses operational and logistical requirements for an event in the Concord, New Hampshire area.
The customer confirmed willingness to expand the service radius to 35 miles from Concord and provided attendance projections of 300 adults and 10 children. For childcare services, the customer requires coverage from 0730-1700 hours for the 10 anticipated children, with staffing levels determined in accordance with guidelines specified in the Performance Work Statement rather than strict state or Department of Defense ratio requirements. Childcare licensing documentation, background checks, and insurance certificates are required only after award, not at proposal submission. Regarding facility requirements, each breakout room must have dedicated audio/visual equipment including a projector, screen, and wireless microphone, as sessions are run concurrently and cannot share equipment between rooms.
