OPENING STATEMENT
Nothing stated during the course of this conference will be interpreted by the DC Air National Guard, or, should be interpreted by the proposers, to modify the written Terms and Conditions set forth in the Invitation for Bid (IFB).
Conferees are advised that written or verbatim questions and answers of the conference will not be published. However, any clarification or correction of the IFB, as a result of discussions during the conference, will be issued as a formal amendment to the IFB. In the event the issuance of an amendment is necessary as a result of the conference, it will be promptly issued to all firms in receipt of the solicitation regardless of whether or not they attend the conference.
PROJECT SCOPE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will be LEED® Silver Certified. The requirement will consist of the construction of a new Munitions Load Crew Training Facility, with supporting facilities, for a total of 8,279 gross square feet of new construction. Support facilities include toilets, offices, a classroom, and storage and support spaces.
PERIOD PERFORMANCE: 545 Days, after Notice to Proceed

SOLICITATION: All documents were provided via Federal Business Opportunities https://www.fbo.gov
MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: $1M-$5M
PROPOSAL DUE: 2:00 P.M. EST on 14 August 2019 PUBLIC BID OPENING LOCATION: USPFO-DC, 189 Poremba Court, Building 350, Washington, DC 20373. Must Register to gain access to Joint Base Annacostia-Bolling. Email Ms. Sydney Rinehart sydney.m.rinehart.nfg@mail.mil, Subject: W912R1-19-B-5002, Bid Opening Base Access, Fill out attached Base Entry Spreadsheet and return back to Ms. Rinehart three business days (9 August 2019) before Bid Opening. Base Entrance is South Gate, Exit 1 off from Interstate 295 North. Guard will direct you to Visitor Center to obtain your badge. A Map of Bldg. 350 and parking will be uploaded to FBO along with Meeting Minutes and Sign-In Sheet.
BASIS OF AWARD: PRICE
DAVIS BACON WAGES: General Decision Number MD190044 Modification No. 8 MD58 dated 06/28/2019 for Prince George’s County LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Are applicable to the project in the amount of $1,037.00 per day.
Amendments: Any clarifications, changes, updated Davis Bacon Wages, will be done via an amendment and will be provided to all parties.
All questions or concerns will be submitted five work days prior to proposal due date (07 August 2019).

PICTURES ARE ALLOWED OF SITE BUT NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES OF AIRCRAFT OR RAMP AREA.
