Question: Are we required to submit a CD version of our proposal?
Answer: If your firm does not submit a CD version your proposal will still be considered.
Question: What are the asbestos and lead paint quantities for the prototypical project?
Answer: For the prototypical project the asbestos removal 3,100 SF and for the lead paint it is
1,200 SF.
Question: The specs for this project are California regulations. Should we use California or New York regulations?
Answer: For this prototypical project you can use New York.
Question: Section 00800, para. 1.13.b and para. 1.23.b make reference to Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. We assume these are to read State of New York, please confirm.
Answer: New York is Correct.
Question: Exhibit E specifies Performance Period for Prototypical Project as 180 days after NTP. However, MATOC Prototypical Project Section 01320 para. 1.05. A. shows 260 days.
Please confirm 180 day period is correct.
Answer: Exhibit E is correct which indicates 180 days after the NTP.
Question: Section 07552 para. 2.05 and 3.06.J (pages 7 and 11) call for walk pads, but not shown on Dwg. A-7. Please confirm walk pads are not required (although this project will not be constructed).
Answer: In case of difference between drawings and specifications, the specifications shall govern-Walk pads are required.
