SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 30 - BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

The following have been added by full text:

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

Requests for information #1

1) In accordance with RFQ - Section L Factors, page 67 there are multiple questionnaires:

- Technical Factor I DESIGN EXPERIENCE - Attachment7 Design Exp. Questionnaire;

- Technical Factor II CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE - Attachment8 Constr. Exp. Questionnaire;

- Non-Price Factor IV PAST PERFORMANCE - Attachment9 Past Per. Questionnaire.

The second and the third point seem to repeat the same Past Performances. Therefore, we kindly ask to confirm if questionnaire for the second line could be duplicated to satisfy the third line requirement or they should report different experiences. In the second case, there will be at least four (4) experiences plus the Design Experiences.

Gover CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE technical factor has been removed, subsequently Sections M and L have been modified, see the Summary of changes for details.

2) In accordance with RFQ - Section L - Factors - Technical Factor I DESIGN EXPERIENCE (page 67 and 81), the past design projects must have been performed by the design firm signing the letter of intent as required by Section L of the solicitation. After more than one reading we could not identify the Letter of Intent that should be signed by the Design Firm, except the SF 1442 which will be signed by the Offeror. We kindly ask further clarification about which letter of intent shall be signed by the Design Firm.

The letter of intent should clearly state, both in English and in Italian, that there is a binding agreement between the Vendor and the design firm/ an authorized agent of the Architect and Engineering firm, and should be bilaterally written by the parties, signed and dated. The past design projects must have been performed by the design firm signing the letter of intent. If the design work will be performed in-house by the prime Contractor, a letter must be submitted stating this fact.

3) At page 82 is reported: "For Past Performance to be considered relevant, the offeror shall submit information about at least two (2) recent and relevant projects completed during the last five years from the

The only form in the solicitation is the SF 1442. We kindly ask to clarify if this is a typo or there is a missing document.

This is to confirm that there is a typo, the current SF is 1442, not 1449.

4) On the irrigation system, why is requested Dynamic spriklers "NON pop up", what is the use of this sprinklers? In addition, Is neccesary to design and install a sprinkler system to irrigate the diamond area?

SOW requires "Dynamic sprinklers" + "Dynamic AND pop up sprinklers".

5) Probably, to perform a flat area (with a maximum slope of 0.3%) and install ready lawn it is neccesary to excavate 0.15m of existing material. Could be distributed in the area all this surplus of material? Or it must be dispose? Provably There is a big quantity of surplus material, which will impact a lot in the price of the bid.

The excavated surplus soil shall be characterized and if analytical results will be in compliance with the regulation DPR 120/2017 the excavated surplus soil shall be moved in the Ammunition Storage Area where indicated by the COR. Soil characterization is included in the contractor scope of work: Contractor can assume that analytical results of the characterization will be in compliance with the regulation DPR 120/2017. If the soil will result contaminated, an addendum to the contract could be issued to bring it to disposal.

6) In the abovementioned solicitation, bidders are requested to submit 2 "Past Performance Questionnaire" forms and "Design Experience Questionnaire" forms attesting the performance of similar work in scope and amount.

We are a construction company, qualified SOA OG1 class IV, but we cannot submit this statements.

The question is: is it possible to build a temporary Joint Venture (Raggruppamento Temporaneo di Imprese) with a company qualified in this kind of design and construction, using their experience for design and past performance questionnaire and our credentials (DUNS, CAGE, SOA etc.) for the solicitation?

It is not allowed to participate through Joint venture/ATI.

7) With reference to the above-mentioned solicitation, we submit to you the following question:

field are also included in the scope. The construction of the lighting system will be optional, but its design will be pa lighting in option item. Could you please indicate us which of the two is correct?

This amendment #0001 deletes the design informational note contained under Line tem #0002; therefore, the design portion should be considered entirely included under Line Item #0001.
