About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file related to the Snow and Ice Control Services solicitation for USAG Bavaria. The Q&A addresses a specific query about the ELIN (Equipment Line Item Number) sheet, specifically concerning how de-icing materials for the Army Airfield Grafenwoehr should be charged. The contract specialist, Holly Imbriaco, confirms that the ELIN sheet has been corrected to reflect that applied materials for items E002, E003, and other related line items should be charged against the corresponding E004, E104, E204, E304, and E404 line items, rather than the previously listed E005.
