About this file

This document is a Questions from Industry/Answers from Government file for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) project involving HVAC equipment. The document contains seven technical questions and corresponding government responses related to equipment specifications, including issues with the current Carrier product line, pipe sizing on drawing M-102, entering water temperature, condensing unit heat rejection, and building automation system requirements. Most answers direct bidders to refer to Amendment 0001 for detailed clarifications or instruct them to "bid as proposed," with one definitive response confirming that no building automation system integration is needed for this project.
