About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment to Solicitation W912NR25QA015 for the Louisiana Army National Guard (LAARNG) Youth Leadership / Camp Pelican Pride event. The amendment modifies several key aspects of the original solicitation, including extending the response due date from 24 April 2025 at 10:30 AM to 19 May 2025 at 1:00 PM. Two new contract line items (CLINs) have been added: CLIN 0006 for lodging (105 beds) and CLIN 0007 for one medical staff person, both with firm fixed pricing.

The amendment provides detailed requirements for the camp, including meeting space for 105 persons, specific meal provisions, recreational activities (rock wall, zip-line, swimming, archery, canoeing, hiking trails), and lodging specifications. The camp will accommodate up to 30 male and 30 female youth campers, with separate lodging for adult volunteers. The period of performance is 22 June 2025 to 30 June 2025, and all costs are not to exceed per diem rates. The solicitation remains a small business set-aside under NAICS code 721110 for hotels, with the contract to be awarded to the most advantageous offeror.
