Amendment 02 to Meals Solicitation W912LP27Q4000
This document is Amendment 02 to a solicitation issued by the Department of the Army Iowa Army National Guard for meal services to support training events at Camp Dodge in Johnston, Iowa. The amendment adds significant scope by including meal requirements for the 3655 CICO unit in addition to the previously solicited 1-168 INF unit, expands the meal types to include lunch in addition to breakfast and dinner, and extends service locations to two separate sites on Camp Dodge. The delivery period for meals spans November 5-8, 2026, with the original 1-168 INF unit requiring breakfast and dinner on November 6-8, 2026, and the 3655 CICO unit requiring breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the November 5-8 period.
The amendment revises the proposal closing date to November 2, 2026. Contractors must provide meals in accordance with minimum requirements specified in attached documentation. This is a direct purchase solicitation with the Iowa Army National Guard, not a GSA Schedule, GWAC, IDIQ, or BPA vehicle. Interested vendors should review all amendment documents and the original solicitation materials to ensure compliance with all specifications and submission requirements for this meal service opportunity.
