In PWS you specified pole or clear span tents. Clear span is a structure that can handle this event with HVAC, Gen, doors, egress etc. Pole tents are less expensive to lease and maintain, but they are not rate for winds and potential fire certs.

Please quote what at least meets the minimum specification of this requirement within the PWS.

The award will be made based on the best overall (i.e. bestvalue) proposal that is determined to be the most beneficial to the Government with the appropriate consideration given to the three evaluation factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Price/Cost. Technical and Past Performance when combined are significantly more important than Cost or Price (Technical and Past Performance are of equal importance).

Will the Government consider Past Performance references from subcontractors on the team?
Yes, they will be considered toward prime contractors Past Performance evaluation
4.

Do subcontractors need to have Past Performance Questionnaires completed?

Not required, prime contractor is the one that will be evaluated.

5.

Could the Government clarify the term and number of Past Performances requested? RFP page 76 states "The offeror shall submit information for a total of up to three years (no more than five)..." Does this mean no more than five past performances, or no more than from within the past five years?
Questionnaires up to 3 years are considered recent, no more than a total of 5 each of them.

The pricing sheet is not included in SAM.Gov for the above solicitation. Can you please send over to me as soon as possible so we can submit our proposal.

not a sheet just for pricing, I would prefer your company just submit your own pricing sheet – Separate pricing for each line item within the solicitation, along with a breakdown of the pricing.

Do you have a site map with dimensions of the site?
