About this file

This pre-proposal presentation outlines requirements for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide life support services for the 2023 National Scout Jamboree. The West Virginia Army National Guard seeks proposals for meals, tents, showers, sinks, generators, water services, and mobilization/demobilization support for approximately 500 personnel. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses and available on SAM.gov. Proposals are due April 24, 2023 and must include separate volumes for technical approach, past performance examples within the last three years, and a price proposal with individual task pricing. Evaluation will consider technical factors and past performance as more important than price, with technical and past performance equally weighted. The award will be made based on best value as determined by a tradeoff process between non-price and price factors.
