| 5.7 Setup and breakdown |
At the site visit you mentioned the schedule has changed, but this section indicates 14 days for set up and 10 days for breakdown. Can you please provide the exact schedule for when the contract will be awarded, when the contractor will have access to the site, and when there will be boots on the ground? Are the previously provided headcounts by day for each area still accurate? Answer- The TNARNG will not have “ownership” of the LSA until 8 May due to Range Control Scheduling trainings in that area that were not expected. I sent spreadsheet of dates of services to all site visit attendees. (Andy Roberts with Deployed Resources was one of those emails that it was sent to). Cannot provide an exact date of award as the magnitude of this contract requires compliance review from NGB-OPARC Policy office, and state level cannot control how long this review will take. It’s the TNARNG’s hope to have award made by 24 April, however that still will not change the date the awarded vendor can access the LSA area, as ownership will not take place until 8 May. PWS will be updated and changed to reflect the 8 May ownership date. The 542nd FP unit will be there on 8 May to begin set up, and will need services IAW will submitted spreadsheet to begin on 11 May. Headcounts are still accurate, but may change and if they do will provide to you before proposal dates are due. Extension of proposal date is still be contemplated as we agree time is of essence.

| States 20’ RFR Vans – |

Are 20’ containers acceptable.
Do you have the locations for the 20’ freezer vans? Answer- Need 20’ Reefer vans for the 278th to be able to move out to the field with them. Need for them to be drivable. Please stage Reefer Freezer vans at LSA and 278th will stage and move once movement to field begins. Government will be responsible for refueling. No need for contractor to provide these services.
