Pre- Award Site Visit

MINUTES

W912K6-18-Q-0039 Building E4040 Hoist Replacement

Date: Thursday, March 29, 2018 Time: 10:00 AM EST Location: Weider Airfield Bldg. E4040 8361 Wise Road Edgewood, Maryland, 21010, USA

Attendees: 1. Mrs. Julianne S. Hitch, NGMD-PF)-RMC-Contracting Officer

2. CPT Wright, James, MDARNG CFMO

3. Mr. Jim Campton, MDARNG CFMO

4. Jody Waltz-American Crane-Industrial Crane Sales

5. Sinclair, Ian, CWO2, MDARNG

6. Robert Townshend, JAA’S, Sales

1. Mrs. Hitch initiated introductions of all attendees and opening remarks.

2. Mrs. Hitch discussed the Function and Authority of Government Team Members.

a. Contracting Officer (KO)

b. Contracting Specialist

c. Technical Experts from MDARNG

3. All members and visiting company representatives were allowed to view the area within BLDG E4040 to take measurements and view location of hoist.

4. All visiting companies were allowed to ask question and voiced any concerns the current conditions of the hoist crane.

5. Mrs. Hitch informed visiting companies’ representatives that all questions and concerns will be addressed to her via email provided on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) announcement and all responses to any questions will be posted on FBO as an attachment.

6. All technical issues and some concerns were address by MDARNG personnel

7. The government will not furnish lift equipment to reach the hoist. The contractor will provide all personnel, material, supplies, tools supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the hoist replacement.

7. No additional site visits prior to proposal due date.

8. Site visit concluded at 11:00 AM EST.
