EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD

REQUEST FOR QUOTE W912K6-18-Q-0039

HOIST REPLACEMENT FOR BLDG E4040

The Government intends to award either a single or multiple commercial purchase order(s) resulting from this solicitation to the Best Value responsible offeror(s) in accordance with FAR 13.106. This is an All or Nothing award, however, the Government reserves the right to make an Any or All award if beneficial to the Government. The factors identified below will be the evaluation factors used to evaluate all offers received. Proposals must be specific in details and clearly identify all the government requirements.

The offeror's proposal shall contain the offeror's best quote from a price and technical standpoint. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award purchase order(s) without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of this solicitation.

1. Technical Proposal

To be determined “technically acceptable” the offeror’s proposal must meet all items below:

a. Location: Must meet the requirements identified in the attached Performance Work

Statement (PWS).

b. The offeror must demonstrate ability to provide services as outlined in PWS.

c. Offerors must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) system prior to award per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102. The proposal must include the offeror’s DUNS/CAGE. Failure to be actively registered will result in disqualification from award consideration. Further information may be obtained at website https://www.sam.gov..

2. Past Performance

a. Past Performance will be determined to be relevant if the performance involves work that is the same or similar in nature, size, and complexity to the services being procured under this Solicitation.

b. Offerors must provide current and relevant performance and experience (simple resume style preferred to include references).

3. Price

a. Offerors shall provide pricing in response to this solicitation
