About this file
This solicitation seeks proposals to upgrade the audio/visual systems in classrooms for the Hawaii Army National Guard. Offerors should provide equipment and installation to allow high-definition video and audio from ceiling-mounted cameras to be broadcast between classrooms wired or wirelessly. Proposals are due by August 27, 2021 and should include vendor information, pricing terms, and socio-economic status. A site visit is scheduled for August 18 and while not required, attending is encouraged. The government intends to award without discussions so offerors should provide their best terms initially.
