SOLICITATION INFORMATION

Deadline to submit questions and Request for Information (RFI) is 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST), 1 May 2019
Answers to questions and RFIs will be posted on the FBO website.

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS)
The Performance Work Statement (PWS) can be found in the solicitation document
Starts on page three of the solicitation document and ends on page 15 of the solicitation document.
Questions about the PWS must be submitted in writing, answers will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
SERVICE CONTRACT ACT
The service contract act does apply to this solicitation. Ensure all labor costs and works are assigned to the correct labor categories
All labor costs must make at least the amount listed on the wage determination
Wage determination starts on page 47 of the solicitation document.
EVALUATION OF QUOTES
Please refer to solicitation provision 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items
The award will be made on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis
To be considered technically acceptable a submitted quote must meet or exceed all requirements outlined on the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated March 8, 2019. A quote not meeting all aspects of the PWS shall be considered technically.
A maximum of 12 pages can be submitted for your quote, if your quote exceeds 12 pages only the first 12 pages will be used to evaluate your quote.
