About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract W912HZ26QA017, titled "Keystone General Physical Model Supplies." The document addresses vendor inquiries regarding product specifications and acceptable substitutions for various supply line items.

Key clarifications include: Line 1 (Loctite/Sika adhesive) specifications were added to the Description of Requirements (DoR); Line 6 (Kiltz 2 All-purpose latex primer) quantities were corrected on the DoR; Lines 4 and 5 (MRP Supports Pedestals) will not include self-leveling shims in pricing; Lines 8 and 9 (Creative Polymers polyurethane components with 1A:2B ratio) quantities in modified amounts are acceptable; Line 3 plywood shall be HDO (high density overlay) plywood manufactured by White Cap, not Advantech products; and Lines 16 and 17 (Curbell acrylic sheets) may be 48x96 inches instead of 49x97 inches, must be cast acrylic (not extruded), require no certifications, and masking type is not specified. Additional clarifications indicate this is a new requirement with no historical award information, that partial quotes will be found technically unacceptable and award is all-or-none, and that 48x96 acrylic dimensions are acceptable alternatives to the originally specified 49x97 dimensions.
