The amendment extends the deadline for questions regarding the solicitation to March 31, 2023. Bids are due through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment system by the time specified in the solicitation. The estimated price range for the work is between 2.5 and 10 billion Japanese yen. The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Japan is the contracting agency. Only sources physically located and authorized to perform construction work in Japan will be considered for award. The work is intended to be performed entirely in Japan. The required facilities include group and squadron operations buildings with foundations, framing, walls, and roofs to house functions such as administration, planning, storage, and maintenance. An aircraft parts warehouse with associated covered and uncovered storage is also required, designed for material handling equipment and racking systems. All facilities must include utilities, parking, site improvements, and communications.
