About this file

This document is a Revised Bid Schedule Summary for a runway shoulders construction project. The bid schedule includes three Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), each representing a different phase of runway shoulder construction: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. Each CLIN is for 1 job, with quantities and units clearly specified. The document includes two critical notes: the first instructs offerors to submit bid modifications on the latest CLIN schedules and state revised prices for each item, while the second cautions that failure to insert prices for CLINs 0001-0003 may result in bid rejection. The form is designed for an offeror to complete, with blank spaces provided for the offeror's name and specific bid amounts for each construction phase.

In lieu of indicating additions/deductions to line items, all Offerors shall state their revised prices for each item.

Note 2: CAUTION - Offerors shall insert a price on CLINS 0001-0003 of the Revised Bid Summary Schedule.

Failure to do so may result in rejection of an Offeror’s Bid.
