About this file

This is a bid schedule summary form for a federal construction contract solicitation. The document establishes the pricing structure for CLIN 0001, which requires the complete construction of runway shoulders as a single job unit. Offerors must fill in their company name and provide a total bid amount for this line item.

The form includes two critical bidding notes: Note 1 requires all bid modifications to be submitted using the latest CLIN schedules from the solicitation or amendments, with offerors stating revised prices for each item rather than indicating additions or deductions. Note 2 provides a mandatory caution that failure to insert a price on CLIN 0001 may result in bid rejection. The document appears to be a standardized pricing template that contractors must complete and submit as part of their proposal response for this runway construction project.

Notes for Bid Schedule:

Note 1: To better facilitate the receipt and bidding process, all modifications to bids are to be submitted on copies of the latest Contract Line Item (CLIN) schedules as published in the solicitation or the latest amendment thereto. In lieu of indicating additions/deductions to line items, all Offerors shall state their revised prices for each item.

Note 2: CAUTION - Offerors shall insert a price on CLIN 0001 of the Bid Summary Schedule. Failure to do so may result in rejection of an Offeror’s Bid.
