1. Subject site visit took place on 27 June 2022 at 1030 hrs. Meeting place was at the asphalt parking area near the guard house.

2. Government representatives present in the site visit were Mrs.Carmen Y. Lugo- Cintrón, Miss.Elythania Diaz, and Mr. Jesus Acosta from USACE Antilles Office and Mr.

Ramon Crespo and Mr. Roberto Acevedo from Ramey School Administrative Office.

3. At the meeting place, a brief summary (Enclosure 1 - Synopsis) of the information in SAM.gov was read to attendees and a safety briefing was offered to the contractors.

4. The group was reminded that instructions to submit the proposal are included in the Specification documents found in SAM.gov webpage and in PIEE Module. The Government indicated that all questions need to be submitted through the Bid Inquiry system before the due date established in the Specifications.

5. The Government indicated that bids due date is 18 July 2022 by 2:00PM (Local Time).

6. Then instructions for the site visit were provided as stop points and route to be taken. Contractors were allowed to take pictures after confirmation with Ramey School representatives.

7. The Government and attendees proceeded with a walkthrough of the site starting on the new construction area and then proceeding to the existing Ramey School area to be demolish. During the walkthrough the attendees were able to observe the site conditions at the new construction area as well as in the demolition area including but not limited to typical classrooms, laboratory rooms, theater, gymnasium, cafeteria, parking areas, playgrounds, HVAC systems areas, among others.

8. Many of the Contractors expressed concerns with the solicitation due date of 18 July 2022.
