About this file

This document outlines a federal contract opportunity for construction services in Turkey. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District seeks to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity job order contract with a maximum value of $10 million over a five-year period. The contract will be used to support sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects requiring general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and environmental work. A pre-proposal conference will be held and proposals are due in mid-November 2018, with an anticipated award date at the end of January 2019. The contract will utilize fixed-price task orders linked to the 2016 Europe Unit Price Book and have a minimum value of €2,000 and maximum value of €1,250,000 per task order. This unrestricted full and open competition is waived for small business set-aside requirements due to its overseas location in Turkey.
