SOLICITATION NUMBER W912EP-18-R-0032
INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING (A-E) SERVICES
FOR TOPOGRAPHIC AND HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYING AND
MAPPING SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE JACKSONVILLE
DISTRICT AND USACE
Questions and Responses as of 29 March 2018:
Question 1: Are these services needed in the state of Pennsylvania, and if so, could you provide the appropriate documentation?
Answer 1: No, the services are for projects in Florida for the most part; however, we may have a need for services in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
Question 2: Since this in an IDIQ, is it possible for the Offeror to bid on part of the effort?
Answer 2: No, offerors must submit a proposal for the work in its entirety and that is how they will be evaluated. Each contractor selected will be awarded a basic contact, with 4 option years.
Question 3: Is there an incumbent for this effort? If so, who are they and what was the winning bid, contract number and SOW?
Answer 3: The USACE Jacksonville District currently has 4 IDIQ contracts for similar work. They are W912EP-17-D-0005 with Seaside Engineering & Surveying; W912EP-16-D-0011 with Wantman Group, Inc.; W912EP-16-D-0003 with Hyatt Survey Services, Inc.; and W912EP-15-D-0007 with Degrove Surveyors, Inc. Each of these contracts are 3 year contracts with a maximum order limit of $2.25M. The SOW’s are issued at the task order level.
Question 4: SF330 Part II - Should Joint Ventures include a Part II for the Joint Venture and a Part II for each firm in the Joint Venture?
Answer 4: The Joint Venture is considered one entity, so Part II should include information on the Joint Venture, not from each firm independently. Please note that the Joint Venture agreement must also be submitted and each firm must sign the agreement.
Question 5: Is there a page limit to Section H?
Answer 5: No.
Question 6: Is there a minimum font size?
Answer 6: No.
