About this file

This amendment modifies a solicitation for a federal construction project. The scope of work involves rehabilitating 48 concrete support beams underneath the intake deck of McNary Lock and Dam located on the Columbia River near Umatilla, Oregon. The project will determine the design and materials needed to enlarge the capacity of each beam to properly support the embedded rail system that cranes utilize on the intake deck. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 13th with registration required by April 12th. Questions must be submitted through the online system by the response deadline rather than at the site visit. Safety protocols including masks and screening questionnaires are mandated for all attendees due to COVID-19.
