About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment of Solicitation for a procurement by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Seattle, WA. The amendment modifies solicitation W912DW25Q0021 for Lake Washington Ship Canal, extending the offer due date from March 7, 2025 to March 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. PST. The procurement seeks to purchase CORMAX BEST 5 Series and 6 Series cores and keys (367 combination cores and 496 cut keys for each series) and BEST Access Systems 11B padlocks (20 with 2" shackles, 10 with 4" shackles, and 15 weather covers), all in satin brass finish.
Key procurement details include delivery within 90 days of award to the USACE Warehouse in Seattle, with strict requirements that all equipment must be new, not refurbished, and meet engineering standards. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible, and the award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest-priced quote conforming to solicitation requirements. The cores and keys are intended to replace the current 4 Series system with new independent keyways for the Lake Washington Ship Canal and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility.
