Introduction
The slides from this conference will be posted to the RFP by Amendment.
This conference is for informational purposes only.
Comments/clarifications made today WILL NOT change the RFP in any way.
Changes to the RFP shall ONLY be made by written Amendments.
Questions Any and all questions from this Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit should be submitted to www.ProjNet.org using the Bidder Inquiry Key and instructions provided in the RFP.
No technical-specific questions will be answered today.
Instead, all questions should be asked on www.ProjNet.org.
The cutoff for submitting questions in www.ProjNet.org is three (3) business days prior to the Offer due date.

General Information
RFP NUMBER: W912DW18R0019
This RFP is advertised as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), one phase, Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement.
Amendments will be issued when changes to RFP are necessary.
Magnitude of Construction is between $25M to $100M.
Bid Guarantee is required in the amount of 20% of the Price or $3M, whichever is less.

General Information, continued
Please read Sections 00 21 16 and 00 22 16 for required documents to be included with your proposal submittal.
The proposals are required to be delivered to the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District Office, no later than 2:00:00 PM (Seattle Time), on 14 September 2018.
► Please refer to Block 13 on SF 1442.
NO offers will be accepted after the noted time and date.
PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE.
Solicitation General Information
Read descriptions of all evaluation factors thoroughly.
Ensure proposal is complete and reflects all elements required by the Task Order RFP.
Proposals must be submitted in 2 Volumes (See Section 00 21 16 and 00 22 16).

Wage Determinations Davis-Bacon wage rates shall be used on this contract.
The Department of Labor (DoL) establishes minimum monetary wages/fringe benefits to be paid in performance of this contract.
The Wage Determination (WD) incorporated into this RFP may be updated/modified during the solicitation period.
Your price proposal, and if necessary, revised price proposal, must always reflect the latest update to the
WD.
Conclusion
Continue to check your emails for new Amendments to the RFP. Check regularly up until the due date and time for receipt of Proposals.
Ensure you have completed ALL information required by the RFP and submit those items with your Proposal.
Ensure compliance with the Solicitation requirements.
This Solicitation shall ONLY be changed by written Amendment.
The Government intends to award on initial offers, to the technically acceptable responsible Offeror submitting the lowest priced offer.
