Once through gate, you will be on 41st Division Drive. Proceed straight on 41st Div through first two traffic signals (Colorado Ave and Nevada/Tacoma Ave), DO NOT TURN.

The Third traffic signal is for Pendleton Ave, TURN LEFT onto PENDLETON.

Continue on Pendleton for appx 2 miles. (you will have gone through 5 traffic signals (2nd Div, 3rd Div, 4th Div, Hillside Dr, and Transmission Line Rd)

(The road you are on will have changed names. When you got on, it was Pendleton Ave, but at one of those 5 signals, the name changes to Jackson Ave. As long as you went straight at all the signals, you should be just fine.)

Just past Transmission Line Rd, TURN LEFT onto GARDNER LOOP RD, there will not be a signal for Gardner Lp Rd. (If you miss this turn, don’t worry, you can continue on Jackson around the front of the hospital and turn onto Gardner at the other end, SEE MAP)

Follow GARDNER LOOP RD around, once you pass the Helipad, parking will be on the LEFT.

Either the paved lot labeled MAMC Staff Parking, or the gravel lot just past.

If Entering JBLM from Madigan Gate (Berkeley Lane – I‐5 exit 122):

Once through gate, you will be on Jackson Ave. You will be turning right at first traffic signal so be in the right lane.

At first traffic signal, TURN RIGHT onto GARDNER LOOP RD.

Immediately on your right will be a Credit union and then a small patch of trees. Go just past these trees and park in the gravel lot on the RIGHT or just past the gravel lot to the paved lot labeled MAMC Staff Parking.

You should now be parked in the area shown in RED in the Map.

(Yellow Path on attached map ‐ sidewalk route to WEST ENTRANCE into MAMC)

As you approach from the Yellow path shown on the Map, you should see a neighboring building (BLDG 9049) with a sign out front reading: MRI ANNEX. You should now see a long covered walkway, follow that covered walkway straight to the West Entrance. (You will see an entrance for “EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT” right next to West Entrance, DO NOT go into the emergency door.)

Once through the West Entrance, you will be on the first floor. Proceed for short ways in hallway, take first available LEFT.

You should find yourself in a glass breezeway/stairway with courtyard/greenspace out both windows. GO DOWN the STAIRS to the ground floor.

Take an immediate RIGHT/U‐TURN at bottom of stairs.
