Change concrete core diameter from 6 inches to 3 inches.

Because of the abnormally dense concrete slab in Building 1206, the 6-inch concrete core bit was unable to cut the slab. The coring vendor also had a 3-inch core bit, and was able to use it to core the slab. At locations where concrete leaching tests were to be considered, two cores were drilled to provide adequate sample material.

Use of the smaller diameter core bit allowed for successful coring of the slab, which was not able to be completed using the originally-planned bit.
