Question 1.
CLIN 0007 – an additional ½ hour was added to each of the meal serving periods (breakfast, lunch, and grab n go) as highlighted in blue which does not coincide with the meal serving period hours as stated in the BACH PWS.
Corrected highlighted areas to reflect correct hours.
Question 2.
CLIN 0008 – meal serving period hours (Breakfast/Lunch) are from 0800 – 1330 (highlighted in blue) and 1700 – 1830 for the Grab n Go on the staffing matrix. However, the meal hours as stated in the BACH PWS are:
Breakfast: 0630-0930
Lunch: 1100-1400
Dinner: 1600-1800
It is unclear as to what the Government is requesting for the 2 CLINs for staffing when the hours of meal serving periods do not match up to the PWS. Can you please clarify?
Corrected highlighted areas to reflect correct hours. No contingency cooks needed during grab and go and contingency hours are from 0800-1300. The Pricing Matrix and Staffing matrix reflects the 0800- 1300 requirement for contingency cooks.
Question 3.
There is still a disconnect between the staffing and pricing matrices regarding BLDG 4076 CLIN X007.
The staffing matrix requires staffing for only: Two meals per day 1 – 600 meals and One meal (GRAB & GO) per day 1 – 50 meals .
However, the pricing matrix calls for:
X007AA Two meals (Breakfast/Lunch) per day 1 – 500 meals 106 Days
X007AB Two meals (Breakfast/Lunch) per day 251-500 meals 260 Days
X007BA Grab n' Go (Supper) per day 1 - 25 meals 325 Days
X007BB Grab n' Go (Supper) per day 26 - 50 meals 40 Days
Corrected staffing matrix to reflect pricing matrix and corrected pricing matrix X007AA.
Question 4.
Attachment H, Pricing Matrix, OP1 SubCLIN X007AA and X007AB The headcount reads 1-500, and 251-500 respectively Will the government please confirm the meal count for OP1, SubCLIN X007AA is correct?
The information has been updated.
Question 5.
Attachment G, Staffing Matrix, Bldg 4076 CLIN 007 The meal count does not correspond with the pricing matrix for the same CLIN. It also appears that two subCLINs are missing from the range.
Should offerors complete the staffing matrix as is, edit to include CLIN X007AB orcomplete as is?
Matrix has been updated.
Question 6.
It appears in the PWS that the meal periods are from 0630 to 0930 and from 1100to 1400. However, on the staffing matrix the hours are shaded differently. Will the government confirm the feeding hours for
Bldg 4076
Matrix has been updated.
Question 7.
Data for the bldg. 4076 – the info in the Pricing matrix does not match with the Information on the Staffing matrix
Attachment G – Staffing Matrix
Attachment H – Pricing Matrix
Matrix has been updated.
Question 8.
Amendment 3 – the first page of SF 30 has mentioned Amendment # 0004 in box 2 – see below.
This is a technical issue. There has been Amendment 0001, 0002 and 0004. The System will probably reflect Amendment 0005. However, total amendments that need to be submitted with proposal is four (4).
