This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to a federal solicitation for elevator modernization services. The amendment, numbered 0002 and effective August 13, 2026, modifies RFQ W912CN-26-Q-A048 issued by the U.S. Army at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. The primary purpose is to establish the date and time for a mandatory pre-site visit scheduled for August 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM HST, with Elizabeth Lopez (elizabeth.l.lopez19.civ@army.mil, 808-656-0624) as the point of contact.

The amendment tailors FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors for Commercial Products and Services) and specifies comprehensive submission requirements for quotes. Offerors must submit five components: (1) General Information including CAGE code, UEI number, business size classification, and payment terms; (2) a Technical Acceptability Submission not exceeding 10 pages addressing certifications for key personnel, technical approach, modernization plan, staffing and management capabilities, and relevant work experience from the past three years with at least two project examples; (3) optional past performance information to be evaluated through SPRS, CPARS, and SAM.gov databases; (4) complete and accurate pricing for all Contract Line Items (CLINs) including a one-year warranty; and (5) a fully completed and signed SF 1449 with acknowledgment of all amendments. Questions must be submitted by August 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM HST to Kyle Tanaka (Contract Specialist) and Jacob Kamelamela (Contracting Officer). Quotes are due electronically through SAM.gov by August 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM HST, with faxed and hand-delivered submissions rejected. Late submissions will be handled per FAR 52.212-1(c). Partial quotes will not be accepted.
