About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for water treatment chemicals. The U.S. Army is seeking quotes for sodium hypochlorite and sodium fluoride chemical solutions to be delivered from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2030. The solicitation (W912CN25QA0019) is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirements contract with multiple contract line item numbers (CLINs) and option years.

Key details include a response due date of November 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST, with quotes to be submitted electronically to contract specialist Melena Faxon. The procurement is conducted using simplified procedures for commercial products and services, with award basis set as "Price Alone" - seeking an acceptable/reasonable price that conforms to solicitation requirements. Offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account, provide company information, complete specific FAR clauses, and submit pricing for each CLIN. The government reserves the right to cancel the Request for Quote (RFQ) and make no award, and anticipates evaluating quotes without discussions.
