Bids must include unit prices for six contract line item numbers (CLINs 0011-0016) and must be submitted electronically via email to specified Army Contract Specialists. The procurement requires bidders to access and review a restricted Technical Data Package (distribution statement "D," limited to Department of War and DoW contractors) prior to bid submission, with failure to access resulting in bid rejection. Bid opening will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. All other terms and conditions of the IFB remain unchanged.
