Notes 15 refers to new gas line work. Site antennae drawings are to include additional information. How soon will these be provided. Is this work to include a meter to separate it from the main? If so, include include specifications and details for the piping, meter vault, and end connrections.

If a meter is not to be provided at the main, BGE will have to do the work. It has been our experience, that it will take at least 3 months for BG&E to provide pricing for the work once all design loads are provided to them. If this is to be BG&E work, it is suggested that the Corps provide an allowance value for the work for all bidders to include in the bid price. The Corps has done this on several previous projects at APG. This is the only fair way to proceed based on the time frame for BGE pricing. On other projects, this is allowance has been a line item in the bid form. Please provide this allowance.
