About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for demolition services at two fuel stations at Fort Pickett Army National Guard Maneuver Training Center. The modification decreases the period of performance from 330 to 270 days after notice to proceed. It also updates site visit requirements, scheduling a site visit for August 24, 2021 between 0900 and 1200 hours and potentially 1300 to 1600 hours. Attendees must RSVP in advance and bring identification. This restricted women-owned small business opportunity solicits demolition of underground storage tanks, fueling equipment, electrical components, and associated civil work at the two stations. The estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000, and performance and payment bonds are required. The solicitation closes on September 20, 2021.
