About this file

This document announces a pre-solicitation notice for maintenance dredging services at Honolulu Harbor on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue an invitation for bid seeking a firm fixed-price contract to dredge approximately 140,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from areas shallower than authorized depths to restore navigation channels. Dredged materials will be disposed at the South Oahu Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site and an upland disposal site, with dewatering at Barbers Point Harbor. The scope of work includes pre-mobilization activities, environmental compliance, mobilization including staging, dredging, transport and disposal of sediments, disposal of unsuitable materials, and demobilization including site restoration. The performance period is estimated at 540 calendar days for a project magnitude between $10-25 million. A pre-bid site visit will be held and the solicitation will be available on SAM.gov. Small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
