This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to a solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, for Power House Security Fence Installation services. Amendment 0001, effective 18 June 2026, extends the response due date from 23 June 2026 to 25 June 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Central Time. The amendment incorporates three revised contract documents: a Performance Work Statement (PWS), updated Specifications, and a Questions and Answers document. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies, by acknowledging receipt on each offer copy, or by separate written communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers prior to the deadline.

The solicitation requires a firm fixed price quote for security fence installation at a power house facility, with specific technical challenges including maintaining 100% continuous security using temporary fencing during demolition/installation, anchoring and installing approximately 100 linear feet of fencing along steep rock cliff terrain, and achieving proper electrical grounding (25 ohms) near a high-voltage switchyard. Quotes must include a completed pricing schedule (Attachment 4), a technical narrative (maximum five pages) describing the offeror's approach, and minimum three to maximum five Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment 6) from previous customers on similar projects completed within the last three years. All submissions must be electronically uploaded through the PIEE Solicitation Module. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 16 June 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Central Time, with questions due by 17 June 2026 at 1:00 P.M. Central Time. The award will be firm fixed priced with no price negotiation, and offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the receipt of quotes deadline.
