About this file
This is a Contractor Questions and Government Answers document for an HVAC Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, under solicitation number W9124L-26-Q-A009, dated June 22, 2026.
The document addresses five key inquiries from potential offerors regarding the HVAC maintenance contract. Water is not available at the service site; however, contractors are permitted to bring their own water and pressure washing equipment for unit cleaning. Mobile trailers requiring preventive maintenance will be located at one of two JCU Range locations on the Fort Sill installation, and contractors will not be required to travel to multiple field locations to perform work. A site walk is optional for interested parties. For quote submission requirements and specific formatting instructions, offerors must reference pages 43-45 of the main solicitation document titled "Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Products and Commercial Services," which contains detailed guidance on quote preparation and submission procedures.
