About this file
This is a Pricing Worksheet for an HVAC Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the Department of the Army at MICC Fort Sill. The document establishes the framework for preventative maintenance services across three service intervals: monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance visits. Contractors are required to provide pricing for each maintenance frequency tier on the blank lines provided in the worksheet.
The preventative maintenance scope includes comprehensive HVAC system inspections and servicing covering coolant levels and pressure, thermostat adjustment, wiring and electrical component inspection, evaporator and condenser coil inspection and cleaning, condensate pan cleaning with drain line flushing, outdoor disconnect inspection, condenser fan motor and blade inspection, compressor inspection at startup, filter changes, pilot ignition verification, valve cycling, electrical heating element wiring checks, defrost control mechanism inspection, heat exchanger visual inspection (annual), gas valve inspection, crankcase heater inspection, and relay and contactor checks. The document explicitly notes that standard preventative maintenance calls are covered under the BPA baseline, while any parts, repairs, or replacements identified during maintenance visits fall outside this scope and must be executed under separate task orders issued by the Contracting Officer prior to repair work commencement.
