SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation Notice Questions and Answers – Post Wide Refuse Services, Fort Sill, OK 73503. Solicitation Number W9124L-19-R-0023.

1. QUESTION: Can you provide how many dumpsters are needed, pick up frequencies, and sizes? I have referred to technical exhibit 2 but it does not give any frequencies, sizes, and it looks like the qty count is over 300? I just wanted to confirm these specs with you.

ANSWER:

The total number of dumpsters for each category are on the total line on page 5 of TE2.

The frequency is up to the contractor to identify/schedule a route, but ultimately when the cans are 3/4 full. (Attach 1, Para 2.2.2. and Section 5.0).

The size of the cans are identified on the TE on page 6 of TE2, Accommodate 8-10 Cubic Yards of Refuse. Also listed in Section 5, para 5.1.

2. QUESTION: Reference Technical Exhibit (TE) Three (3) – Government Furnished

Equipment/Property. TE3 lists 397 trash containers as Government Furnished Equipment/Property, however, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) states in paragraph

7.5.1. Contractor-Furnished Material and Responsibilities. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, dumpsters, equipment, facilities, and services required to perform work under this contract.

Please clarify if dumpsters/containers are Government Furnished Property/Equipment or if dumpsters/containers are Contractor Furnished Material and Responsibilities.

ANSWER: See Amendment 0001. Dumpsters/containers shall be furnished by the contractor. Technical Exhibit Three (3) Government Furnished Equipment/Property has been revised to remove containers from the list of Government Furnished Equipment/Property.
