SUBJECT: Questions and Answers – Post Wide Refuse Services, Fort Sill, OK 73503.

Solicitation Number W9124L-19-R-0023.

1. QUESTION: Technical Exhibit 3 deleted for GFE contained a note that the amount of containers could adjust (+ / - 05%) without change in price. With this deletion what are the parameters for price change based on container count changes?

ANSWER:

Please see Attachment 1 - IMCOM STANDARDS SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT located in the attachments section of SAM BETA, paragraph 5.8.3 which states: "The Government reserves the right to direct the Contractor to relocate 8 to 10 cubic yard dumpster collection points during any one month period to decrease or increase the total number of containers used at any time in order to serve the best interests of the Government.

The Contractor shall adjust service to meet relocations, providing the increase or decrease does not exceed 5% of the number of existing dumpsters for that month without additional cost to the Government. In the event the increase or decrease does exceed 5% of the number of existing dumpsters for that month, an equitable adjustment will be made in the contract price, as determined by the Contracting Officer."

This paragraph remains in effect, and was not revised in Amendment 0001. The changes in Amendment 0001 only apply to Technical Exhibit Three (3).
