About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to a solicitation for full food services at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The solicitation seeks a firm-fixed price contract for dining facilities support, requiring the contractor to provide all resources except government furnished property. The period of performance is a five-year ordering period from February 2021 through February 2026, including a six-month extension and initial 30-day phase-in period. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses and prefers the incumbent state licensing agency. Proposals must be emailed to the contracting officer and contract specialist by the closing date due to COVID-19 restrictions, with secure file sharing as an alternative for large files. No site visit will be conducted and all technical questions must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline.
