About this file
This document provides estimated workload data for ten Army dining facilities located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The facilities require full food services including daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Estimated annual meal counts range from 60,000 to 200,000 per facility depending on soldier population and training schedules. Additional services include field feeding, remote site delivery, and stocking of operational rations. The contractor must provide all resources needed except government furnished property.
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command will release solicitation W9124J-17-R-0054 on or around March 14, 2018 for these full food services. The acquisition is set aside for eligible Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and allows for a five-year ordering period against an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract using firm-fixed pricing. An optional site visit will be held on March 20 for interested offerors to attend. The solicitation and amendments will be posted on FBO for potential contractors to monitor for updates.
