About this file
This document provides estimated workloads and technical exhibits for ten full food service facilities at Fort Jackson, South Carolina to support an upcoming solicitation for full food services. The facilities include one reception dining facility, one AIT dining facility, two BCT dining facilities, one dining facility each for a reception battalion, AIT battalion, and multiple company-sized units. The technical exhibits provide details on operating schedules, seating capacities, serving lines, floor areas, historical headcounts and remote site feeding for each facility. Estimated workloads include warming and cooling beverages, operational rations, field feeding requirements, and policing and cleaning details. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on March 14, 2018, and will be a single-award IDIQ contract using firm-fixed pricing for a five-year ordering period including a 30-day phase-in. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on March 20, 2018 for interested SDVOSB offerors.
