VIBRATION ANALYSIS PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Diagnostic capabilities that include major items such as journal bearing and roller element bearing problems. Vibration analysis is also a great tool to show any imbalance, misalignment or mechanical looseness in a piece of equipment. There are approximately over 150 other diagnostics that the Analysis can be used to identify.
Vibration analysis is a state of the art tool that can also be used on a wide range of equipment. It is very effective on a large centrifugal piece of equipment, as well as, a small gear box. Other equipment that can benefit from Vibration Analysis is pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, electric motors or any other bearing type of equipment.
The services described below are provided as a part of our vibration analysis service:
· A trained engineer using the analysis software to perform vibration signature analysis on equipment.
· Stationary test points installed for vibration readings.
· Motor current readings made for stator diagnostics (one high and one low frequency).
· Horizontal, vertical and axial readings made on each motor…
